Strobe and flickering lighting effects are used throughout the experience. Those with photosensitive epilepsy should take care or speak to staff before entering.
The experience operates in near-darkness throughout. Please take care when moving between rooms. Staff are available throughout if needed.
Uneven floor surfaces, steps and stairs are present. Wet flooring may occur. Please watch your step and avoid looking at scenes while walking.
Enclosed spaces are present throughout. However no areas are classified as confined spaces. If you are severely claustrophobic please speak to staff.
During peak times a live actor will be present. They will surprise visitors throughout the show. Please do not run. Any visitor too scared can be escorted to the next scene.
Visitors exit onto Marine Parade at the end of the attraction. Please take care not to step into the road. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Due to the nature of the scenes, parents should carefully assess the suitability for young children. Under 10s must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Tampering with any electrical equipment is strictly prohibited throughout the attraction. Please do not touch any props or displays.
